A space to practise simplicity,
presence and neutrality.
L’Atelier Kù is an atelier,
a place to pause, notice and experience.
We learn many ways to adapt:
to roles, expectations and ideas of who we should be.
Here, you are invited to become curious about
what is already present
in the body, in feeling, and in the space between.
There is no right way to be.

What We Offer
An embodied practice of
Body · Mind · Heart
Sessions offer space to listen to how the body, emotions and inner landscape are moving
through somatic work, sound, energy, constellation and other integrative approaches.
There is nothing to fix.
But there is much to notice.
Meet yourself where you are.
A return to being.

For Whom?
L’Atelier Kù is for those who move through life with awareness—
thoughtful, capable, and composed on the surface,
yet carrying an undercurrent of fatigue, tension, or quiet disconnection.
You may recognize yourself here:
You think clearly, but your body feels heavy, tight, or restless.
You hold space for others, yet rarely feel fully at home within yourself.
You value reason, but sense that logic alone cannot reach what feels unresolved.
You feel drawn to something deeper—without needing to define or explain it.
This space is for those who seek alignment
not just in thought, but in lived experience.
Here, the work is not to become someone new,
but to grow more familiar with what has always been present.
Haruka works alongside you—
not to lead or direct,
but to support your own process of listening and return.
Not For:
L’Atelier Kù may not be the right space if you are looking for
quick fixes, instant relief, or someone to tell you who to be.
This work doesn’t offer diagnoses, prescriptions, or ready-made answers.
It asks for presence, patience, and a willingness to stay with uncertainty.
If you prefer clear instructions, structured outcomes,
or transformation measured by milestones,
this may not be the environment you’re seeking.
Here, progress isn’t linear.
Nothing is forced.
And not knowing is part of the process.

Every journey needs a witness : someone who holds the field with steadiness and care.
Haruka

Haruka holds space with care and attentiveness,
creating an environment where nothing needs to be explained,
justified, or corrected.
She listens without rushing to understand,
without labeling experiences,
and without placing meaning where it hasn’t been asked for.
Her work is shaped by years of exploration across sound, somatic,
and energetic practices,
but she does not apply a fixed method or framework.
Instead, she meets each person as they are—
responding to what is present,
and allowing the process to unfold in its own way.
In this space, there is no right experience,
no wrong response,
and nothing to perform.
You are met as you are.
