Awareness & Reflection
Participants are invited to notice how stress appears in their bodies and patterns of response.
Practical Regulation Tools
Participants learn a curated set of simple and accessible techniques — breath-based regulation, grounding awareness, gentle movement, and sensory-based practices — so they can choose what works best for them in daily work contexts.
Sound Integration
A sound component using singing bowls and sound instruments helps the nervous system settle and supports the integration of the experience at a deeper, non-cognitive level.
Reflection & Application
Sessions close with guided attention and support for applying what has been learned back in the workplace.

Example Programmes
Can be a combination of modalities such as:
Example 1: Breathwork & Sound Session

Both breathwork & sound session will help us restoring and re-aligning the nervous system.
Example 2: Somatic movement & Sound Session
Somatic movement helps us to be more aware of our
own body & breath. This will help us to be more attentive to how our body & mind are coping
with certain situations. Sound session will also help us restoring the nervous system to be more
balanced.
Example 3: Sound meditation
this is a simple sound meditation session that promotes the
relaxation in body & mind.
Fee Example
Fees include programme proposal, session delivery, transport, and additional preparation and pack-up time (approximately 30 minutes).
Sessions can take place at your workplace or at a mutually agreed location.
As a guide, workshops for 5–10 participants typically range from SGD 520 to SGD 980, depending on session length.
Each programme is developed collaboratively and quoted individually, based on content and scope.
