Chakra Balancing & Sound Healing with Haruka

This is a small group sound session (max 8), lying on the mat to coming back to your breath, to your thoughts and to your inner Home. The vibration of the Singing bowl, flute, wave drum and sometimes gong will be holding us gently for us to re-align the chakras that are often out of balance due to external & internal turmoil.
